Problem statement
One of the hardest things to do when it comes to productivity is not to keep track of what tasks need to be done, but to plan and track when they need to be done. Currently available to-do apps offer only clunky calendar integration, and calendar apps don't allow for in app third-party task editing. This is forcing users to have 2, 3 or more task tracking and time management apps open at once, causing constant context-switching leading to fatigue and inefficiency.
How might we...
- Allow the user to create, edit, and delete multiple items that they want to remember to do;
- Make it simple for the user to track the status of multiple items as well as remember when things are due;
- Enable the user to plan tasks in a calendar view.
My role
As part of this design challenge, I:
- Brainstormed features and sketched wireframes;
- Created mockups for different user flows.
