Problem statement
Taking clothes to the cleaners is time consuming, and can clash with people's busy schedules. Paper tickets can get lost, clothing items mixed up, and drop-off and pick-up times are too restrictive.
How might we...
- Allow the user to create and track orders, and manage their account information;
- Give the cleaners and users a way to keep track of different orders and clothing items directly in the app;
